Cookie policy
How Velora uses cookies and similar storage on the website and the mobile apps.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help a website remember things between visits — whether you're logged in, what language you prefer, that kind of thing.
On the mobile app we use the equivalent — encrypted secure storage for auth tokens, shared preferences for language and currency settings, and an image cache to keep listings fast offline.
What we use
Strictly necessary — auth token (so you stay logged in), CSRF token, currency + language preference. The site and app don't function without these.
Analytics — anonymous page-view counts and crash reports. Used only in aggregate to spot bugs and dead-end features. No cross-site tracking.
Functional — your last search filters, cart hold, and dismissed banners.
Your choices
You can clear cookies and site data from your browser settings. Bear in mind doing so will sign you out and reset your preferences.
On the mobile app, signing out clears all auth data; uninstalling clears everything else.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
