For diving, activities, daytrips and ferries, non-Malaysian visitors pay a small uplift configured by Velora. The exact multiplier is shown transparently before checkout. Stays and flights are not affected.

Velora uses static rates updated by our team rather than live FX feeds. This means the price you see is exactly what you pay — no surprise charges due to mid-transaction rate movements.

Points & Rewards

Every confirmed booking earns points equal to the MYR value (1 MYR = 1 point by default). Some categories like diving give 2× bonus points. New users get a 500-point first-booking bonus.

Points expire 365 days after they are earned. Redeem them for vouchers (e.g. 100 points = MYR 1 voucher) or specific item rewards (free GoPro rental, free transfer, etc.) at any time.

It depends on the cancellation policy attached to the service. Flexible policies allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before; strict policies are non-refundable inside 14 days. The policy is shown on every service page before you book.

You're refunded in full, in your original currency, automatically. We also surface a comparable service at the same price tier so you can rebook in one tap.

Vendors receive weekly bank payouts (configurable) after a flat 15% platform commission. Payouts run every Friday to the account on file in the vendor profile.

Most vendors are approved within 24 hours. Our team reviews business documents, sample listings and any operating licences (e.g. PADI for dive vendors) before going live.
